Ok so I thought it was just an issue with my settings but I got a text from Rooster that confirms that this is a Forum wide issue.

Basically the forum software updated and it reset everyones preferences for notifications for posts and or PM's.

Simple fix...

Click on

Then click on "Preferences"

Then look for the area that says "Always notify me of replies" and click no and do the same for PM's unless you want to receive emails letting you know everytime someone comments on a particular thread or sends you a PM.
