Tira has a LOT of changes, some good but most bad. Here's a condensed list of the changes for her:

-increased chances of pain animations for certain attacks (effectively messing up certain combos)
-mixture of increased and decreased chances for personality changes, making her even more unpredictable
-decreased damage for most Gloomy attacks
-less tech crouching(?)

1B (Single Montante): removed tech crouch.
22 or 88B (Quick Mandritti): increased damage (20→26). Lengthened freeze for performing the move.
